Pissed they have increased their power by playing racial groups off of each other.
They'd pass some really terrible law while we weren't paying attention.
That would be ideal. That is the way a lot of people behave in my city :)

They would most likely arrest the people for partying and having a good time with a permit or something dumb like that.
They'd crap their pants. How can you declare martial law and restrict the rights of people that are getting along? They claim to be for this very thing, but they know it won't happen at gunpoint. Which is why they are trying to impose their will on the people instead of allowing them to take part in making decisions.
Maybe illegal aliens think that life is just one big party, with drinking and eating crap, but most American citizens don't.
