Just visit NY, LA,Detroit, Philadelphia,Miami,etc. and see who made the mess. Before the hispanics and blacks moved in the areas were nice. Coincidence? The question is not why or whom but what can be done about it to improve things. THe rich whites who make the decisions for you do not live with the blacks or hispanics and in fact many do not live in the US anymore.

I am sorry you have disrespectful neighbors and that you had to clean up broken glass. Not all Hispanics are disrespectful. I've had some pretty rude white and black neighbors as well. I'm not going to generalize now that all whites and blacks are rude.
I have cleaned up my neighbors dog poop, there are many other families that live in this building, they have never had to clean up after my dog.. we are all Caucasian.. why?

i didnt put the broken glass there, so dont try to blame me. theres broken glass n trash in my neighborhood, but my neighborhood's mostly black people. hispanics arent the only ones that litter.
