1. All illegal immigrants should be made to register for temporary worker program within a 1 month period. This will allow them to come out into the "sunshine" of America and will be finger printed and inputed into a database. They will be given the Z-visas. All potential criminals and terrorists who fail to come forward will tracked down-deported.
2.aA crack down will then be initiated to apprehend those who fail to register and they will then be subjected to immedate deportation proceedings and will not be allowed to take any belongings or assets upon deportation.
2.b Law inforcment agencies will be give access to the database and given immigration service authority to check the status of individuals apprehended in a routine traffic violation or criminal activity against the the database. if they are illegal they are apprehended and deported immediately
Answer:
No... I don't agree, because this does not address the fact that all illegals are criminals for breaking the law of the U.S. by sneaking into the country. It is not fair to the ones who have waited and the ones that continue to wait to do it the right way. This country will be considered a joke if it were to reward criminal behavior!

More or less that is what is wrong to begin with there is to many others trying to be someone they are not ! I say send them all back to where the hell they came from !!!!! That is what is wrong with the United States already they have imported to many dam illegal citizens that is taking the jobs from the Americans as it is and sending the dam money back to their own country!!!!!!!!... Besides that do you think Mexico is what makes the world go around.It is just a small country!!! No legalization should occur until the flow is at least dramatically stemmed and cutting in half the fence already signed into law hardly provides border security. And adding more 'temporary visas' while Homeland Security is still asking for yet another extension of the visa exit tracking program is a joke.
Our children's schools are overcrowded and failing with programs for our own children being cut to provide ESL for children of those illegally here. We need relief for our schools and money alone won't do that. The facilities and teacher base are simply spread too thin. THAT needs to be the priority of the legislation. Their children are not more important than our own, and this plan doesn't even seriously TRY to stop the problem going forward.
Also, even after a true dismantling of benefits, forbidding of sanctuary cities and requirement of enforcement is in place, no legalization of ANY kind should occur until AFTER they are screened, and any twice illegal or gang members should not get legalized, temporarily or otherwise.
