Demand payment for their jail time from the country where they hold citizenship and after their jail term ship them back.
The cost of housing the inmates should be subtracted from the money that we subsidize their countries with.
I think ALL prisoners should have to earn their keep. It's pretty sad when law abiding hard working americens can't pay for dental care etc. but for these slime balls it's their right! This is absurd. They should work 40+ hours a week like the rest of us. Only then can we start to expect reform in some of these dregs of society.

if they have commited murder they should get the death penalty. helll just give them all the death penalty. if we turn them lose in their country they will just be back committing more crimes.

I would have to agree with better, what does that say! I deal with a lot of Hispanics, and the ones that are from Mexico, not born here, have good family values and good work ethics. I am also married (2 years) to an illegal alien who (she) believes the borders should be closed and monitored. She is also a firm believer that if you came to this country to better yourself or for your family that you should not recieve any government help legal or illegal. Which she has not. She does pay her taxes with a tax I. D. and her papers are filed. I realize that she has broken the law and we are willing to do what is necessary....fines, returning to Mexico or what ever. I didnt mean to ramble on, but not all illegals are out for a free hand out, and they are not all staying in trouble! Every individual is different. I would like to see the stats of aliens in jail compared to how many actually came in for the past year.
