Of course they will secure the border. I used to live in Guatemala. Do you think Mexico doesn't try to stop Guatemalans from crossing its southern border? I've seen the Mexican border guards grab illegals. Guatemala has a very tough policy on immigration. You're not even allowed to vote until you're third generation. They all consider it their right to come to the U.S, but they think our policies of letting immigrants vote and receive welfare are totally nuts.

I wouldn't thinks so, espesially because getting into gov. means having credentials. I don't think the border works either, they should make all illegal aliens become our indentured servants for a period of time.

The border security issue has already been "solved" by our govt's proposing and signing the spp plan ... which does away with the borders between Mexico, the US and Canada, by the year 2010 .. as Bush said, no matter who is in power in 2010, the North American Union will be a fait accomplis, an irreversible fact .. no wonder they're not interested in building that dratted fence on the border, if they have to disassemble it again in a few years time ... and all this behind the backs of Congress and the American people ... you think it's a joke? First.. Mexicans don't do jobs that Americans won't. They just do them for less money and little or no benefits. They watch their southern border like hawks. They don't want any Guatamalans or Venezualans sneaking in to Mexico. They love having their poor come here. It boosts their gross national income from all the dollars sent back home by the illegals here. They also don't have to do anything about or for them if they leave & come here. They can continue there corrupt ways much better if 11 million people leave the country. I think they should stay home & fix their own damn country.
thats exactly whats happening, and the people are letting our goverment give away the land that our ancestors cleared the land died and shed their blood so the people of today can have and do have the greatest country in the world. in ten years your president could well likely be a hispanic.
They will probably prohibit or severely restrict the immigration of caucasians into the country, and all other non-hispanic races. They wouldn't want their culture contaminated or influenced.
Probably build a huge fence across the northern boundaries of the country to keep Canadians out. The U.S. of Nuevo America will become a refuge for Canadian deserters.
If and when they gain political power, I would hope that it would be as an American proud of there heritage wether they be black, white, or brown. I do like the first statement Jobs Americans not won't, but are not doing!!
