Will Z visa holders in the proposed immigration bill be able to serve in the military & expedite citizenship?

I have read over the bill, and that provision was in there yes.
Thats one feature that I dont mind.
Yes they will be given preference.
yes they can but do not look for that to happen a lot as they did not have the courage to change things in their own country why do it for one that only gives out freebies unearned
