Can you come back after Deportation for misrepresenting?

Deported because gave a different name years ago.Went back to school.Worked 2 jobs. Fell in love.Left her behind.Deprted just one week.

Misrepresentation? You mean Lied? If you were deported I don't believe you will be allowed back at all. Deportation usually means you've committed a crime against the government of the United states.. You could still sneak in with the other border bros.
I think there is a 10 year ban, minimum.
I thought that if you sneak back , after you were deported, that's committing ANOTHER crime. What's this "misrepresenting" crap? If wrong info was given, you lied and that's a crime.
