how do i get a US immigrant visa through marriage. i am already in the US with a H1B Visa. my bf and i plans to get married soon. what do i need to do after or before our wedding to change my status to immigrant? I am already in the US with an active h1B visa. Thank you.

As far as I know the law changed for obtain a visa through marriage. You an your boyfriend have to live in your country for a number of years or stay here until you can get legal status.
