If you have Canadian citizenship then you are fine. Just show them your drivers license and that's all you need. We will all need visas to enter the USA in a couple years if they pass the law. They keep pushing the date back because of all the tourism and trade that would be loss. We have a "smart" card in the works that we are hoping the USA woill except instead of a visa.
I know people, who don't have visas, whom travel over the Lincoln bridge and never get caught.
That's the key, don't get caught.
