This a question regarding the I-94 form.?

hello there well this a simple question i wanna know that what is going to happen if the airline or anybody else doesnt notice ur I-94 form and u leave the united states with it....and even if u were registered with NSEERS process on arrival and departure aswell.....i would like to know from someone who is somewhat related with CBP rules and regulations in reality like a current officer or anyone with that sort of talent....my problem is nobody took my I-94 back on departure..and i still have it with the stamp sayin departure recorded and a date i left the u.s got everything evident enough to show but still would like to know whats gonna happen because im travellin back to the u.s in 2weeks .....can anybody explain what if i go back with my older I-94 to the officer at the port????

Just tell immigration you don't know anything about it. It's there and they're welcome to it if that's what they want. You should have no trouble.
