I do not know, I have not seen any recent articles about her. She seems to have slipped between the cracks & the Pro criminal crowd has no use for her any longer, so they have forsaken her as well.

No, last I saw her son was being sent to DC monthly 'with other children of parents subject to deportation' to try to see Bush. That one letter he delivered was responded to with a form letter saying Bush didn't have time for a meeting (go figure!)
Honesty, she wouldn't be eligible for amnesty even under the Senate Bill, since she returned illegally after bein deported and committed social security fraud (working under fake id in a secure area of O'Hare airport). This situation really ticks me off.
I seriously doubt it. She's probably still holed up in that church, sending her kid on immigration errands for her. And she's hailed as a hero. Please.....not only is she a felon, she should be arrested for child endangerment.
