Contact the local health department and file a complaint. You shouldn't have to leave your name.
If you have a relative there move them quickly.
Nursing homes do not have to smell if they made the staff do their jobs properly.
Instead of complaining maybe you should buy them some soap and personal hygiene products.. Most of them live on fixed incomes and don't have a lot of money. Most of them survive on Social Security even though they fought in all those old wars like WWII, Korea and Viet Nam. Now they have been abandoned by the country they fought to protect. How dare they stink up your world.
