I would like to know if the Usafis organization is not a scam and if the payments are really for their service

I have filled in the application but do not have a creditcard. So they sent me information for wire transfer trough Western Union, but the recipient is Itai Rieur from Israel.

I don't know what you are talking about but my advice is

Don't do it.
I think it is a scam. Make sure you go through the official green card lottery website.
uscis.gov is the government site. If I were you, I would use that. No matter what else may be going on, why pay more fees on top of what the government wants, unless you are in a situation where you need an attorney?
scam! scam! scam! scam! scam! no company i know of asks for payments by western union.
dont do it i was gonna do it and realised it was a scam now they are forever sending me emails saying i have been chosen all i have to do is pay.
