If it was up to me, I would seize the compnay and all its assets, and use it for gov't purposes or auction it off, and of course put the company owners in prison......
If they get caught they get a fine, but no one ever gets caught. Even when they do get caught, they just lie and say they didn't know about it, and then they don't get in trouble. Like with those meat plants. Thats why no one will stop hiring us.

I had no idea but you just going to waist your time because INS won't go and deport that person just like that even if you report them they won't go I hear to many people call to INS and they never done anything so waist of time trust me
There is suppose to be a fine. However the idiots in government don't even do that.
I think employers should be jailed. Take away the incentive to hire these criminals and maybe they will stay where they belong - in their home country!
It's BS when they say there is no way to check on new hires. They just don't want to check or they look the other way.
