Can I work in Australia when I have been denied in England?
Answer:
The Australian government is the only one that can answer your question.
dont even try to enter australia, a friend of mine went there, and he ended up getting locked up on an island doing slave labour, christmas island it was called, but it wasnt like christmas there
And everywhere else. The minute you apply and they see you're from the US and want to leave, they assume you're nuts.
I want to move to Italy, a while back I did some looking into moving there and from what I gathered, it's is quite difficult to just up and move to a different country. If I remember correctly, I think you need to get a working visa and you can't do that unless you have a job, and as you know, it's not easy to find a job in a new place. It's a rock and a hard place, ya know. I would follow that persons advice and call the Aust. government and find out what you need to do. Best of luck.
Almost all nations have the same three visa classifications, and everyone who enters the country must meet one of the three.
TOURIST VISA:
Person can visit the country, see the sights, etc but CANNOT work or study.
STUDENT VISA:
Person can do some visiting while in the country, but the primary purpose is to attend school (usually post-secondary or advanced degree programs). Person CANNOT work. Requires a letter of acceptance from the school for a specific program of study before being issued.
WORK VISA:
Person can visit within the country, and work. Requires a letter from employer confirming person's job prospects before entering the country. may also require paperwork from government authority as to why the company can't hire a 'national' and had to go looking abroad for your skills/knowledge. Person entering must also have written proof of those skills and knowledge; typically a transcript or letter from pervious employer is necessary. Some 'work' visas will also allow study ... check with the country before assuming you can do so.
