Can i marry my boyfriend now that he has a deportation letter?
Answer:
You can marry your boyfriend but you want to make sure it's what you want instead of just saving him. Also It will not give him legal status he would have to apply for it and say that he was married hear which would give him a little help. But then he already has a deportation letter which means he will have to probably go back and serve the amount of years there without coming back or come back illegally again and pay the coyote to bring him back or go with him.
You can marry him if you like but that alone won't give him legal status or void his deportation letter.
just go with him
if you really love him, youll go with him...
Sure, but you may have to leave with him.
Ok but think about it, is it that he loves you, or just wants to stay here. Keep in mind that its happened before.
just deort right along with him please. and why did he get a deport letter? hmmm? maybe committing afelony?
Please, that is probably why he is your boyfriend to begin with. He probably thinks marrying a legal citizen will give him citizenship. Suggest you don't do it. Stick to legal citizens.
Where's he being deported to and why? If you love him that much, go with him.
First off why is he being deported? Did he commit a crime? Also, more than likely even if you do get married he will have to go back to his country for a certain length of time and then he can return. Contact a immgration lawyer who can better help assist you, Good Luck
marriage will not save him. it will not give him any illegal status. the US governmet DOES NOT CARE if you are in love, they don't care about your feelings, or your relationship. the ONLY thing marriage does is move someone to the FRONT of the LINE. that's it. it's either going to get them a "yes" faster, or a "no" faster. that's all.
i'm not trying to be mean, just to tell you the facts. i wish you the best.
