Absolutely not.
They have broken the law. They have taken cuts in line in front of everyone else. They drain our economy of 20 Billion dollars a year in social services in EXCESS of what they pay in. In other words subtract what they TAKE from what they contribute and you end up 20 Billion in the hole. That does not include the 20 billion that they send out of the country, never to return
The requirement must be to learn English first. I should not have communication problems in my own country. They don't realize what a disservice they are doing to themselves and their families when they don't learn English. You will forever be blue collar workers and the man will have an easy way to keep you down!
