Even if they were/ are, why is a problem for you? They are probably doing the jobs that you would not do, working the hours you wouldn't, and earning below the cost of living.

Yes, call ICE and tell them that you have a Puerto Rican family as neighbors and they are illegal aliens and I bet you that ICE will send the police to arrest you for being ignorant. Puerto Rican are U.S. citizen. You have to go to the library and ask the receptionist to tell you if they are and was her to prove it to you.She will then give you information and books that show proof.
If they are from Puerto Rico I'm not sure they are illegal. Puerto Rico is less then a state and yet more then a protectorate. I'm pretty sure if they are from Puerto Rico they are allowed to be here and it's legal. However if they are from anywhere else and illegal you can call ICE. That's the arm of INS that picks and and deports illegal aliens.
