Is that employee an illegal alien? How about the E-Coli out breaks at Chi Chis and Taco Bell. Were those employees illegal aliens? How about the people who processed the bagged salads? Are they illegal aliens? People who come to the country legally are required to be healthy and undergo tests to ensure that. When illegal aliens come and work in restaurants and in other areas of our food supply, they are not tested and could spread some serious diseases and via their persons could literally deliberately spread the disease through diliberate contamination. We don't want to paint all illegals with the same brush, but shouldn't we have the expectation of a safe food supply and that only healthy people are handling our food?

The outbreaks of alot of deseases are reaccureing through out the country, All lead back to the influx of illegals comeing in with out vaccinations, carrying stuff in that we thought had been under control. The lack of hygene is a major factor in the food supply industry. It's been posted on here dozens of times but there is to many that refuse to listen.
I live close to Geneva and St. Charles, they are two different towns. There isn't a Houlihans in both. If you are afraid of eating in a restaurant, stay home and cook.
Illegals shouldn't be here to start with, doing work that legal citizens should be doing and paid for. I think everyone that is in the food industry should be tested for various deseases, but, believe me, they are not.
