As a British citizen, are there any British colonies still remaining where I can lawfully settle?
Answer:
As a European you can settle anywhere in Europe.
We got out the UK and now live in the Republic of Ireland
Fawklands?
wales
Britain no longer has colonies. Anywhere you go you will likely need a visa to settle. The only places you might not are Guernsy or Jersey but they themselves have restrictions on who can live there.
I'd say Northern Ireland was the easiest.
Possibly the Falkland Islands?
yes go to Tombuktu
How about Gibraltar?
Hahahaha thats sooooo funny ! "Colonies" ? Which century are you living in ? Theres PLENTY of English, Irish and Scots in Australia, but alas my deer chap your condecending attitude has served you no good ! As now your forced to wait in line as we perceive you to be no better than the next Taiwanese Fisherman waiting to poach within "our" beautiful shores !
try your backyard.
lol, ahh you gotta laugh. I thought the same thing when i was younger & got a big FAT NO from the ones i tried.
& yet how many of the old colonies can come here.
HELLO !
No. But if you've got any useful skills, or are prepared to sell up and have a wedge of cash to support yourself, try New Zealand. It's amazing!
