I am a pakistani married to an US girl in pakistan, can i get US immigration , i gradute from USA 2 yrs back?

i was in USA from 2000 till 2005, when i graduated i came back to pakistan, i just got married to ma classes fellow from NY, how long would it take for me to get my Immigration status Cleared
