What's the matter, don't you like helping the Mexicans celebrate their Independence day? And, I think we should also help the French among us celebrate Bastille Day. And, help the English celebrate Guy Fawkes Day. At this rate, we can have a holiday every day!!! Once they come to this country - the only independence day they should celebrate is ours - July 4. May 5 would be a great day to roundup all the illegals and ship them back across the border.

Why you ask? Because the American government is corrupt and actually taking illegals out would hurt allot of politics's "personal investments" if you know what I mean.

It's a stupid Americanized celebration that supposedly takes place to celebrate the battle of puebla in Mexico. The thing is nobody in Mexico actually celebrates it. It's kind of like Valentines day. A hallmark holiday.

I read this and it made me sad. Why did they choose a holiday that they should be celebrating with us to tell us to F off? Why did they choose this day to demand rights from us? It seems that today's Mexicans are not our friends. I already knew that though. But if they want their independence from us all they have to do is leave. See the answer above mine.
