How does a person 'invite' a friend to Canada, from another Country such as Morocco?

Answer:
If you can show the Embassy (the US one in Morocco) the following, there 'should' be no problem in granting your friend a visa:

Most importantly, that he/she does NOT intend to stay (illegally or not) after his/her visa has run out. (can take form of a return plane ticket, letters, proof of property within Morocco, a job, showing he/she has something to return to)

You can support him/her financially (and in any other way) for the duration of his/her visa (not stay, as that may be shorter)(To do this, supply bank statements, payslips, letter from employer, letter from local authorities stating there is a place to stay/sleep for the guest)

That your guest has no disseases that could be a pain in the backside. Things like TB (if only I could spell the full name...)(These take form of doctors reports, sometimes, for some nationalities, the embassy will require an independant, appointed, doctor to get a second opinion)

He/she is not an undesireable (No criminal record, or any other things that could render him/her a nusence to the host country. If he/she has done something in the past, rather be upfront, as trying to hide this fact will lead to a refusal of not only this, but all future visas, and sometimes, addition to the list of 'Persona non grata'. A list used to check ALL incomming persons that are not citizens of the country. Being on this list will result in instant refusal for all travel purposes)

Those are the core requirements for the Embassy to issue a visa. They still hold a 'right of rejection' because a Visa is a privilidge, not a right.

If you have any problems, seek the help of an immigration lawyer. Rather be prepared to spend a little, than to have the whole thing go up in smoke.

Good luck!

P.S be very careful with all the forms, any single minor mistake or disregard for protocol can, and normally does, result in refusal.
Say please come join us in Canada for a visit.
Why don't you check the CIC website. I'm sure there will be the information you need there.
Go to Morroco and invite them.
I asked the same question and not one answer told me any thing beneficial.
"Someone from Pakistan to visit USA" and a invitation letter was needed and i didn't know how to go about sending it to the embassy
If you find out email me please!
