Have you read section 214 of the bill which would say after 10 years illegal crossers are home free? New ones?
(a) In General- Section 3291 of title 18, United States Code, is amended to read as follows:
`Sec. 3291. Immigration , naturalization, and peonage offenses
`No person shall be prosecuted, tried, or punished for a violation of any section of chapters 69 (relating to nationality and citizenship offenses), 75 (relating to passport, visa, and immigration offenses), or 77 (relating to peonage, slavery, and trafficking in persons), for an attempt or conspiracy to violate any such section, for a violation of any criminal provision under section 243, 266, 274, 275, 276, 277, or 278 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1253, 1306, 1324, 1325, 1326, 1327, and 1328), or for an attempt or conspiracy to violate any such section, unless the indictment is returned or the information filed not later than 10 years after the commission of the offense.'."

It's not like a statute of limitation for other laws. Other violation states that it is still prosecutable if the individual attempt to hide their crime even though the statute of limitation has passed.
Sounds like a Statute of Limitation to me.We have them for many offenses.
Why only a visa EXIT system?Why not a visa HERE system.You know the Electronic Visa I D system which employers and Police will use to verify who they are.Also to be utilized by Social Services and Social Security.What's wrong with that proposal in the bill?
The bill, all of it is pure BS.
As I have previously stated, this bill is a clusterF**k.
My question to all of you guys is... what's your proposal then?
I mean you don't support the bill, yet we have both political parties saying we "need immigration reform." What's your solution?? (logical and that will be supported by both parties. . .) i think we are at a point where nothing will be done to enforce the current laws, and no bill with immediate deportation will pass.
When and if this amnesty is granted, the flood gates will be open, and each and every illegal will be afforded a lawyer at tax payers expense, and ligation with make the lawyers rich, the illegals untouchable and the tax payers broke. Not only is it a free pass to stay till death card, it is the end to any kind of enforcement of any immigration laws. When it passes it will make the next 12 months a free for all

I've read section 215, article 23, paragraph 12, page 93, verse 12.256/12.257.Which clearly states, under this Restitutional agreement, that the facts or hereby relinquished to the third party, with holding, of the Government subcities and barametric pressures,That essencially , there be a marked propensity towards procrastination and spherical destination of of stated or unstated said migratory, malodorus individuals ,demensions. In laymens terms,"The first round, goes over your head"
