Oh Canada!?

I am a 25 year female. I want to immigrate to Canada. What do I need to do, and in what order do I need to do these things. DO NOT refer me to cic.gc.ca it only made me more confused. I need help from a Canadian who had to go through this themselves. If I don't get approved to enter the country as a skilled worker, is there another way? Or am I screwed?

Answer:
You can enter the nation as a provincial nominee or via Quebec's special immigration policies if you can't enter as a Federal Skilled Worker.

You might also want to hire a barrister who deals specifically with immigration. This will cost money but should help speed the process.
Get a company to hire you first. Then you should be fine. Go to it!
get in touch with the Canadian immigration office.
Why not just stay in your own country instead of coming into mine
Marriage is another way.
Company sponsorship. If you want help put more details, and people will give better advice.
Country, Eucatin, work experience will help.
good luck ......... try an immigration lawyer......oh_hell
What skills do you have? That is very important these days. You can't try to come to Canada to be a waitress, for instance. We have plenty of those. You have to have skills and education in areas where we have a shortage of workers. Trades and anything in the health care field such as nurses, specialists, health care workers, etc. are good areas. Also depends on what area of Canada you are hoping to live. There have just recently been changes to our temporary worker visas such that they are now good for two years instead of one year. While you say the CIC website didn't help you, you could also get the phone number of a Canadian Embassy near you from the website and call them to talk to someone who may be able to give you the information you need.

I was born in the USA and immigrated to Canada but I immigrated here 40 years ago as a child, along with my parents and brother and grandparents. I believe it was much easier to immigrate to Canada back then. We came with my parents and grandparents opening a business, so as investors and entrepreneurs. I later received Canadian citizenship at the age of 22, so now have dual American and Canadian citizenships. I love it as it is the best of both worlds. I love both the USA and Canada.

Also, what country are you from? I was guessing that you are American.

Good luck to you!
