The old "rope a dope". Great catch on your part, however, I doubt many people caught that. These two parties are totally dependant on one another and are way too happy with the polarization that has occured in this country. Inevitably, this country will sway one way to the other with no clear majority and will keep the status quo. Dig away the layers on both parties and there really is no difference.
