Fiance Visa's?

Question is ( 1 ) Can someone come over while their fiance visa is being processed? ( 2 ) What is the normal wait from start to finish on a fiance visa?

No, the person needs to stay right where he/she's at. Six to eight months is average processing time from start to finish.

no, the fiance/fiancee have to wait for the visa to be approved before he/she can legally enter the country. depends on where he/she is from, but for my friend, it took her a year.
My brother's fiance visa was approved on November, it was submitted in May. So it normally takes around 6 months, depending on how fast you reponds to their requests.
