If we feel we have the right to send them back we each should be required to look in our own family history. If we find any "illegal" there I think we should be sent back to where we came from as well. Americans have no mercy on "illegals." Even those who have been here for 30 years, who speak English, own homes, are loyal workers & pay taxes. Americans are happy to think about breaking up families all in the name of "justice." It's a sad day when the "crime" of stepping over an invisible, man-made line in the sand to find a better life for your family is considered more important and more grave than the crime of murder committed by an American citizen. There are people here in this forum who have commented on wishing they could shoot illegals on sight but will argue against the death penalty. By they way, I wonder how these vigilantes are going to determine just WHO is leagal & who is illegal ON SIGHT?! Truth is, they just don't care. They want to shoot ALL the brown, Spanish speakers. They complain that illegals are using our tax dollars and our resources when evel illegals who DO pay taxes are not eligible for soc. sec., welfare, unemployment, medicaid, medicare, food stamps or any other government subsidized program. These same people have no problem spending their tax money on Mr. 20 time sex offender who has finally killed someones kid & got caught & is now sitting on death row for 20 years while going through all his "legal rights" with the endless, senseless appeals process. Our priorities are just not in order. Should we send illegals back? Only if those of us with illegal ancestors are willing to go back as well. It's only fair.
Yes, I do, because they are committing a crime. I don't have a problem with people from other countries coming here but coming to America ILLEGALLY is just wrong. Why should they be an exception? They're taking up the jobs and there are millions of them! America needs to stand up for whats there's. I think all the illegals should be forced to go back to where they came from. What does this say to the Legal Immigrants? Legal immigrants who value being a US citizen and are spending their hard earned money and their time to become legal, should not be slapped in the face and made to appear stupid for obeying the law.

No they shouldnt! They do the dirty jobs we dont want too! many people dont know wat they have to deal with in their native country! Some ar e being tortured or dont even have a penny to buy food! No one in this freakin country is 100% American cause all of us have a heritage! Yes, they need to leave and not return until they have a green card allowing them to come here. They are using a resources at no cost, speaking in a language that is not native to this country, and breaking the law.
