I think alot of people on here focus on the hispanic illegals because they are easier to identify. They say they are against all illegal immigration, but you are right it is so very rare that people bring up other nationalities. And there are plenty that are non-hispanic. And as much as I hate to say this, I think it is a race thing. The Germans, Irish etc. etc. can blend in, look wise, and so alot of people are more content to not call them out. However the hispanics are a different look all together, and it means change.
As for the first person to answer who asked about their march, if you paid attention, there were other illegal immigrants (by other I mean non-hispanic) that were out there marching as well. They didn't come out in numbers like the hispanic people did, but they were their in large numbers too.
Most people (anti's) when they see someone who is maybe German, or Irish, Chinese etc. etc. don't think hey I bet they are illegal, like they do when they see a hispanic person. It is assumed that all hispanics MUST be illegal.
What was the date the the illegal Germans, Irish etc had their march demanding rights that they don't deserve...
Let me know that and I will give you your answer.

they need to get them out too! right now noone is looking at them because the mexicans have outraged many with their marches and demands for more more more from us, and they are the largest problem, i think that russian and german are close behind in my town there are alot of russians here illegaly but there are alot more illegal mexicans and they go around breaking the law and dont get punished and in turn become 5x as bad i also believe they need to secure the border around canada i hear alot of different nationalities come here illegaly through that route as well

I don't see any illegal caucasians claiming this is "their" land, burning the American flag, spouting racist hatred toward whites, or flying the Mexican rag in America's streets.
Mexico declared war on the USA, which is why they're the focus of debate. Once we win that war, we'll deal with the lesser problems.

The number of "hispanic" illegals out number all others about a million to one.
Most people are against illegal immigration and not illegal Latinos. I know a lot of the blame is placed on Mexico but that's only because citizens of Mexico make up about 70-80% of the illegal population. That makes them the majority of the problem.

They need to go as well. The reason the talk is more of hispanics is because their impact is felt the most and they are causing the most problems. Being since the hispanics are the most vocal about change and ready to hit the streets at the drop of the hat..when's the last time you saw them take to the streets when Polish people were being deported? Where were they when they shipped back the Hatians? Not one rumble of discontent. Why is "bi-lingual" education just Spanish and English when a HOST of other languages are spoken here? When's the last time you went on a job search for a basic minimum wage job and had "must speak Russian"? Where's the Indonesian radio station or the Japanese TV? When's the last time you saw an hispanic business owner with anyone other than hispanics working there? Where was the representation for other groups in this "new" joke of the immigration reform but LaRaza was part of the secret meetings? There's a HOST of reasons as to why they are "targeted" more than other people who are here illegally.
I didn't realize there were 20 million illegal Norwegians here. And as for not blaming them..you should. They need to follow rules you say..how about the first one they broke.coming here illegally. Start with that.
I am on Long Island in New York and we have alot of Hispanic "illegals" and I am not against them because most of them are doing the work that no Americans will or want to do. What I am against are the Americans that are working off the books,claiming they don't know where their kids fathers are so they get section-8,free medical,free schooling, and in some cases welfare checks all the while they are working and not paying taxes or claiming an income...how is it different from what the Hispanic people are doing...is it better because the American fraudsters speak english??

Sorry about that but Germans & Irish are not coming here illegally. They established their own constitution and Country. They love their own land and if they want to immigrate they DO IT LEGALLY!
I don't care what they speak: they entered legally and they are making effort to learn the language. Their objective is not to take over the U.S. and drain our resources.
I am aware that terrorists are also entering our unguarded border (breaking the vow of elected officials) and this needs to be addressed so why are we giving them easy access through Mexico?
Please, U.S. citizens before you vote be aware of how your senator voted on this issue. Have they put your interest first or are they aiding and abetting those who drain our economy and showed more concern for ILLEGAL immigrants? oops, I mean 'undocumented' immigrants. I'm Mexican, living in Mexico. When I was in my teens, I traveled often to San Antonio (Legally, of course) to either a Rock concert or a Spurs game.
Among my friends that went with me, there was this one guy that was stone white, redheaded with freckles.
When it was time to show our passports/visas at the point of entry, we all did, and he just said "American Citizen" just for fun (of course he wasnt) and he went through OK.
So DONT TELL ME it's not a race thing.
I want my country's laws upheld in every case.

I think illegal means illegal. Skin color or nationality shouldn't be the criteria here. The only reason the Hispanics are being targeted is that they are the predominant number of illegal aliens. And they're asking for a lot without the papers to demand anything.
They don't get nearly the attention because they learn our language,respect the country and it's citizens,don't come over in mass numbers with intent to invade and conquer and they demand nothing from us unlike the spanics.
Personally, i'd rather have them here. They may just be the ones helping to defend the American citizens when the * really starts to hit the fan.
