Here is the help: Pick up the phone and dial zero. Tell the operator that you would like to make an international long distance call to India. Give the operator your mother's phone number. That's how you call your mother.
You are in a free country now .CALL HER and express your feelings. It's her choice to accept it or not.Just remember your calls may be scrutinized by both countries.Again it's HER choice.
While you are welcome to communicate with your biological mother, once you are legally adopted by someone else you cannot petition for her (what you express as "call her"). It's simply not allowable under US immigration law.

Your father can't petition for her, either, since she is no longer his wife. I don't know what you can do if you miss her so much, except to ask your father to invalidate the adoption and return to her.
I'm so sorry. i really wish you good luck with that. go to any Catholic charities near your home. or look for them on-line.
An adoption severs all ties to your natural family. For immigration purposes you can no longer petition your birth mother. If you miss her too much then go back to India and live with her.
Since you are in a country that allows for freedom of speech you have every right to contact your birth mother. As far as petitioning to have her here in the US I don't see this as a viable option for you. Her best bet is to contact the US embassy and follow the appropriate channels to gain enterance and legal status here in the states. WARNING this is a long and drawn out process but will lead to a fufilling return to allow her to come to the states. Good luck and God bless.
