a green card holder for at least 5 years before applying for citizenship. -OR-

join the military (this will speed up the citizenship, coz their law now is before you join the military, you should be a citizen. if im not mistaken they will help you process it.

Green holder can petition the an alien but it will take much longer coz the ins will prioritize in processing the petitions of us citizens as well as the military petitioning their loved ones.

You can't do that if you are an LPR. Only US citizens can petition for fiances. LPR's can petition for spouses, and the visas are subject to an annual numerical limit - see the Visa Bulletin for more information:
