The U.S. would NOT benefit!!!!! The ILLEGALS are unskilled,and uneducated!!! This means that the jobs they get are mostly LOW paying jobs!!! So, even if they were FORCED to pay taxes, it would amount to NOTHING, because at the end of the year (what with the 10-15 kids they ALL seem to have) they would actually be getting back MORE money than they ever paid in, through Earned Income Credit!!! Where does this EXTRA money come from???? YOU and every other taxpayer!!!
And, if they are given amnesty,they will be eligible to bring their RELATIVES over here TOO, thereby adding even MORE foreigners here taking from the American people!!!

Here is what happens and is happening now. They claim four, five, six kids. So, even if they pay taxes, with that many dependents they get everything they pay in back, plus....listen to this...then our government subsidizes them with a few more thousand of the tax payers dollars.....plus they are eligible for all kinds of free things that once again the tax payers pay for.

Hello the us can benifit alot. All those immigrants do is work hard in the jobs no one ever takes. Give them a chance. There treated like trash, they come here for their families and to make a difference......... They work on construction roofing and alll those harsh jobs

No, because their taxes, and a portion of yours and mine, would go to pay for half their basic phone service, discounts on their energy, their medical expenses, children's schooling, food stamps, rent, etc.
and that is if they are legal...but if they are not legal and given the same benifits...well. Don;t get me started on that.
And minimum wage is just that. some must make minimum, some must be higher up in the food chain. if everyone should be equal,and make equal pay, then I want an easier, less stressful job. Seeing as I educated myself (and those earning minimum wage in general choose not to-again as a general rule, not talking about the exceptions) I think I have earned the right to choose to work where I get paid more than minimum wage, and deal with the stress found there.
Of course not. Minimum wage doesn't require payments of enough tax even to cover the $10,000 per child it costs for education each year much less the cost of other services poor people use. We subsidize our poor people, but have not agreed to subsidize the poor of the world - which in any event would be an impossibilty. The illegal immigrants already are ruining our schools. There are too many and they are too poor and our children's education funds, facilities and trained teachers are all having to be stretched to educate millions who shouldn't be here. Their better life is at our children's expense.

First of all the minimum wage that is being paid is an insult to the American people. When Billions and Billions are sent to assist other countries yet our senate cringes at paying our people more then the current minimum wage rate. It's an atrocity.
Allowing illegals into the U.S. and paying them minimum wage while they pay taxes is great. The unfortunate thing is that we have an ongoing unemployment problem in the U.S. The illegals are willing to do these jobs because they have no choice. If the Government stepped in and placed a close watch on all the rancher's and companies that hired illegal alien, made them pay a decent wage with benefits, etc. then we wouldn't have them crossing the border illegally because there would be no work. Think about it. They come here because they DO find work. People say that U.S. citizens will not do the work. No they won't at an atrocious rate of pay that the rancher's want to pay them.
Next would be Health Care. These people will get ill, have babies (New American Citizen's), flu's, colds, accident's at work, rushed to emergency, etc. WHO is going to pay for that? Taxpaying U.S. Citizens. The amount of tax collected from the 100 million illegal immigrants and their minimum wage salary would not pay for that. We would as we have.
The U.S. would benefit it focused on the U.S. Border's, Health Care, Social Security, jobs, etc.

legal immigrants would be beneficial...it is the illegal ones that do not pay taxes and expect health benefits etc that are the problem...
company's are benefiting from the illegals. they pay low wages, and charge consumers a fortune for the product. so how is the american people and america benefiting from illegals? any country will benefit from legal immigrants. please learn the difference between legal and illegal.
