Would this stop the crime wave that NEEDS to stop??
Would giving the death penalty to people who comit rape, hate crimes, crime againts officers(military people etc), be of any help to deter these pigs?
(this is kind of directed to illegal immigrants who are HERE TO COMMIT crimes)

I am for capital punishment in any serious offense, and I always have been. In order for that to happen, there would have to be no doubt that the convicted person is actually the offender. (I watch a lot of CourTV ...)
ABSOLUTELY! The laws on the books are fine. We just need to start enforcing them. Same goes with our immigration laws. We need to go after the employers who hire illegals, and those who give them public assistance. Remove the welfare and employment magnet, they will go home by themselves. We need to be taking care of our own people and way of life, not becoming the world's garbage can.

The high crime rate exists because of stupid laws about drug possesion that keep our jails overcrowded. Prohibition doesn't work. (no, I don't use any illegal drugs)
The only thing, that will stop the rising crime rate, by illegal immigrants, is to shut the border, completely down . It can, and could be done, if this govt wanted to, but they don't
How about making the death penalty legal for anyone found guilty of sneaking into the United States? Now there you would get my attention.

Yes. there should be no such thing as "Life in Prison". Anybody who kills another person should be put to death by Hanging, Guillotine, or anything else. And to all you people who say that hanging is a cruel way to die, they're going to die anyways. Painful or not. And there shouldn't be a wait for 20 years on death penalty. They need to do like they did old Saddam Hussein. Take them right from the courthouse and do what they need to do. It's not just the illegals too. It's everybody that that needs to be done to. America's just gotten way too nice and friendly and something needs to be done about it.
Anyone (American or not) who committs a crime like the ones you have mentioned, I don't care what is done with them.
For fraud and forgery and any sexual offenses, gang bangers, drug dealers, and all illegals. It'll never happen but I did dream for a second or two. No, I don't think death is the answer but there has to be something done to correct all of this and I'm ready to start implementing the laws on our books and I heartily support the states of Arizona and Oklahoma!!
