Marrage forms what order to file? I-129F G-325A etc?
my fiance would have to file an I-129F and a G-325A
and I would have to file a G-325A as well? would all that be sent at the same time in the same package? and then within the 90days I file a I-751 after the marrage before the second aniversary? and somewhere I or he has to file a I-130? so confused =/
- we arent married yet, I will be going there to marry him, I want to make sure that all the forms are in the right order and done properly so that nothing gets messed up to prolonge our time apart.
Answer:
Slow down.
The American files the I-129F and all the supporting documents.
The Foreigner files a G-325A.
After the visa is issued, if it's issued, the foreigner comes to the USA and has 90 days in which to get married to the guy who filed the I-129F.
After you get married the foreigner files an I-485 for a Green Card and an I-765 for a Work Permit. Once you have them you go to the Social Security Office and file for a Social Security Number.
A couple months BEFORE the second anniversary the American files the I-751 to remove the conditional status of the foreigner's Green Card.
There's no need to file an I-130.
