yea this whole thing is disgusting. There is some serious stuff going on here.
Because our beloved Bush and his good Friends democrats are very busy trying to give amnesty to millions of people. They don't have time for such minor details as our border agents being punished for protecting this country. They probably say to themselves " hmm what are they protecting us from?! the future citizens of the US? our our North america alliance southern parners" They probably get a good laughter as they are getting closer and closer to a lower IQ vote. IT's perfect for politicians....
East coaster, I don't know if you are aware of the facts of the case or not, but on a daily basis the Justic department and the OIG keep admitting to railroading these guys more and more.
The fact that Ignacio "Nacho" Ramos was attacked while he slept, by 4-5 guys, is not called a "fannie beating", it is called a cowardly attack. He did ID the one person he could from the group and press charges on him.
What is a more important is; how can an Attorney General for the United States of America railroad 2 Federal Law Enforcement Agents while giving amnesty to a repeat drug smuggler. I can say this because while he was waiting for his day in court to damn the 2 BP Agents, Davila was caught smuggling another load of dope across the border.

The prosecuter didn't want this to come out during the trial and conveniently it didn't. The fact that the 2 Agents never said they wanted to " shoot some Mexicans" wasn't admitted by the Office of the Inspector General until they were brought before Congress and forced to give up the false confessions they said the Agents made. Even now the prosecuter, Mr. Sutton, has sent transcript to the white house that are unreadable.
While these 2 Agents may be guilty of not reporting the shooting, there were 2 supervisors on the scene and 7 other Agents. While they pulled the trigger, aren't all 11 equally responsible for not reporting it? That is really the only thing they did that wasn't within BP rules and regulations.
While all this goes on, Davila has a civil suit pending for $5 million for violating his civil rights and he is walking free!
