A definite yes on this. He clearly lied and with- held the fact that the drug smuggler was again arrested. This time for trying to smuggle 1000 lbs of drugs in to the USA while under the immunity that Sutton gave him. He deliberately with- held that information from the jury..He should be held accountable for his lies.
He deserves to be thoroughly investigated .This entire trumped up case stinks to high heaven.
He should be investigated and so should our idiot president. Members of congress and the senate have been lobbying the president to look into this for months...and Snow says that they're waiting for the court transcripts. HELLO! He's the president and he needs to wait for transcripts??? If I could ever smell a rat it's now...
