Me and my husband wants to migrate in Australia as skilled worker. My husband is a Registered Nurse in the Philippines while I am a high school teacher. I have a relative in Melborn Austrialia. Who of us is best to present documents for assessment as skilled migrant in Australia? And what are documents needed for assessment?

Answer:
Skilled Migration
For information about Skilled Migration See: General Skilled Migration.

For information on occupations in demand in Australia, See: http://www.australia-migration.com/page/...

The Skilled Migration Booklet can be downloaded from the DIAC website free of charge, or a hard copy of the package can be purchased from the Call Centre. See: Skilled Migration Booklet No. 6

All Skilled Migration visa applications from applicants outside Australia must be lodged at the Adelaide Skilled Processing Centre in Australia. Skilled Migration applications cannot be lodged in Manila.

If pursued properly, a Case Worker will be assigned to you and help you along. Since you both have valued skills, you should take these steps first. There are probably consultsnts in Manila who may be useful but try the direct routes first.
