What are the criteria to be allowed to immigrate to the US?
Answer:
WASPs have a big advantage.
Just walk across the border from Mexico. You would be illegal but apperently that makes no difference. Millions of others do it every year, why not more.
If our goverment would crack down on this, our country would be improved dramatically.
