my passport expired will be in jan 6 and the last name still there i used is mine now im married .i do have green card already were can i renew my passport and is it ok if ill renew also my daugther passport even her will due to 2010 coz my husband adopt her also and her last name has change.im from nevada can somebody please help me i dont know were if ill go philippines embassy or us embassy.please help me.god bless you.

contact Philippine consulate.Try the web .U can get information there.I use it before.
You need to go to your country embassy in the U.S to renew. I believe they will be willing to help. Normally you don't even need to tell them your condition. It will be the same for all the foreigners.
Go to the Philippine consulate office in wilshire.

You dont need to renew your daughters passport since it wont expired until 2010.
