How do I come up with a Bert Certificate if I was born in a refugee camp?

Parents have no docs. I'm a citizen through my parents and need it for immigration for my Wife's AOS.

go back to the camp and ask if they got you registered and if they did where? then you go to the place where yo got registered and ask for another birth certificate and if you didn't get registered then i don't no sorry
