Should all the illegal immigrants be deported on the spot,or given the opportunity to file the proper papers ?

Being illegal can NOT be classified as the same crime as rape or murder.
No they shouldnt be deported on the spot only because they are not hurting anyone or hurting anything. GIve them time to file the correct papers.maybe if we had officers who were compassionate and willing to help, some of these people would of done that already. Some just dont know where to turn for help.
You can say that us americans dont get a chance but you know what we really do and you know it. Ok so you have to sit in jail for a few hours while you get it worked out but you get out and go home.

When they arrest a CITIZEN of this country...do they say "We know that you broke the law...but here...go home and get your stuff together.."

That makes as much sense as telling a burglar " go on home, but next time ring the door bell first". What other crime do you think we should just ignore? Rape,murder,arson,theft,drunk driving, etc.

all illegals should be deported on the spot the cost of a ticket back to Mexico is cost effective in the long run now there is one question you should ask yourself and that is this one where do you suppose all the mexican illegals get the money to come here any way and the only answer is the illegals here sending money made illegally in America so more of the family can come on over they never filed the papers to come from Mexico so deporting on the spot is the only real solution
