Perhaps, you're more pissed off at the fact that the shortage of skilled British labour meant you had to pay over the odds for it, and now you're stuck with a workforce that expects those rates of pay to continue.
Oh yeah, this isn't a recent thing, I know of gangs from S. Wales, who've worked in London because it was cheaper to pay them and put them in digs than pay local labour.

i am so sorry that you were undercut on a job that you really wanted. but don't blame the polish nation for the stupidity of one man if you were qualified for the job then it was his loss not yours you will get a better job a higher paying job in a better firm. you sound so censer about how much respect you have for others just keep a stiff upper lip and things will work out.
I say you go to the worksite at night, and mess their work up, and the next day, call the employer, and say that you were just wanting to follow up on the job. That should get your foot in the door.
Ok so your real reason is your pissed bc a polish took your job be mad at the employer not the other worker would you like it if you got the job and the other guy talked crap about you? well and as heroics?
I SERIOUSLY want to know how this is even LEGAL. There are certain LAWS that are there to protect CITIZENS rights and they are trampling all over them.
