When you're taking a pro-crime stance.. there's not going to be many valid arguments you can come up with to support your position. So they're desperately reaching out for anything.
There's that one.. and my personal favorite of "anybody who opposes crime is a racist"
It's the second to last ditch argument that "gives them the right" to break our laws. The last one is that we are racist because we don't want to pay for a bunch of illegals who are eating better than some Americans do.
They can try to have the right to break our laws, but illegal is illegal, and if you are not a citizen in this country, YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS.

anchor babies- illegal immigrants that hop the border and pop out a kid which by naturalization is a citizen... therefore parents can stay and raise them in the US -hence the term anchor which means staying put in one spot...
and they believe we are all illegal immigrants because we all came here from somewhere else.. except when our forefathers came here there was no law against illegal immigration hence the Constitution. Therefore we were not here illegally. With the Constitution in effect in 1776 it is now illegal to come here without consent.

And if a baby is born in the US than it IS a US citizen. It does NOT however grant any additional status to the parent.

Most of them are not very smart...if you use the same logic that they do, they are Illegal Immigrants in their home countries also...Mexico was taken over by Spain as well as all of Central and South America, except for Brazil, which was taken over by the Portuguese...in their mind the only "legal" immigrants are the Natives...hell I have more Native American Blood than most Mexicans... 1/12th...=)~ (Both of my Great Grandmothers were full blooded Cherokee)
Its called denial or ignorance. Why is this all so complicated, even a moron could figure out if there is a law and it is broke you take action, not make concessions.
