What is your nationality?. Kuwaiti or Pakistani?. What passport do you hold?. Anyway, what makes you think your lead time will be cut short if you apply under a Kuwaiti citizen. It will still take 7 years minimum.

Start with your place of birth (provide a birth certificate) and document each country that awarded you some kind of residency status in order. The more complete your information in accounting for your movements, the better your chances are of a smooth process.
You will also have to provide not just documentation on all of the names you used while traveling, you'll have to provide an affidavit swearing that all of the names refer to the same person (the one named in the birth certificate). She had identification with 4 apparently different names that made her look like 4 different people. You will need to look at the documents you provide to the immigration office and make sure you can account for all of your names in the same way.

It's my understanding that birth in the kingdom does not grant you citizenship, you are still considered a Pakistani,unlike the USA.
The reason how you gain citizenship in America is because of the 14 amendment to the constitution which grants citizen to any naturalized born. Basically it granted citizenship the the slaves after the civil war
