EU Immigration Laws?

I need a couple of good websites with any information on the European Union's Immigration Laws.

Answer:
You don't say what country you come FROM. In Germany, for instance, an American can visit for 90 days and after that he has to have a Residency Permit, registered at the local mayor's office, a checking account and health insurance. To stay on past the probation period -- a permanent residency -- requires conversational German speech. I located those above requirements from the German Embassy website, listed in several languages with the different rules for the different nationalities wanting to come. Each country is different.
Well www.europa.eu could give you some answers, it's the european commission site...
