What proof do I need for custody when obtaining a work permit in ontario?
One of my children does not have a father listed on the birth certificate, and he says that he is not the father and he is 3 and has never meet his father. I am guessing since I am the only parent listed that is all I need. My daughters father and I are divorced and he hasnt seen her since 2001, he didnt even show up in divorce court and I was granted full custody. I am guessing that if I have these papers that is all I need. I am worried though that i will get there to obtain the work permit and they will require something else, I have a job offer and I need to start ASAP. If I go there and they dont give me the permit then can I go back to get it again?
