Form I-864, sponsor's obligations, what exactly are they?

Beyond the "public means tested benefits" specified in the form, are there any other obligations that the sponsor should be aware of? In particular, is the sponsor in anyway held responsible for:
1. Any hospital bills incurred by the imigrants?
2. Any defaults of the immigrant's personal loans/debts?
3. Can the sponsor be sued by private individuals for example a car accident or medical costs to third parties?
4. Is the sponsor responsible for any legal costs arising from criminal activities (of the sponsored family)?
5. Can the sponsor be sued by the sponsored immigrant later on for whatever compensation? Is there anything else that the sponsor should be concerned with besides the financial support of 125% of the Poverty Lines?

Answer:
The I-864 is a legally binding contract and the sponsor can be sued to recover costs. You may like to have a look at the links provided below that discuss this and looks at some case studies.
Yes
Yes, as a sponsor you are financially responsible for the immigrant. You can be sued by any company or person including your immigrant if you do not fulfill your obligations.
