Why do illegal immigrants compare their struggle to those the African-American and Native-Americans ?
Answer:
I don't know, but it makes me mad. They think that their struggle for rights is similar, but it isn't. Immigration laws are not based on race. No one is forcing illegals into slavery, or lyching them, or making them drink out of separate water fountains and go to separate schools.
As for the Native American part, some people refuse to acknowledge that all land back then was taken by force. Even in Mexico and South America. The Native American tribes killed and stole from each other. This was before there were any laws about immigrating and before we were even united as a country. So it is just another ridiculous argument.

Good question. They are nothing like either of those. The blacks and Indians had it forced on them. The Illegal aliens are coming here on their own. The illegal aliens should be fighting in THEIR home country for the rights that they have been marching for here. Their being hypocrites comes to mind.
It's a weak struggle for justification. I mean do they really ever have a valid reason for being here illegally?

Because they think that African American's & Native Americans will go along with them playing the race card. I can't understand it, because I am Black & most illegals have not even been nice to me. They look down on Blacks as if they are better.
im in favor of amnesty & hav never once compared this to Black or Indian struggles. these r 2 completely different circumstances, however u seem to be the one making these arguements-before this i never heard of any comparisons. so if u r trying to get a little "hate" support by causing contraversy with the Black community then you r low.
