You imbecile Mexico is composed of 3 Cultures, the Indian, the Mestizo and the Anglo, there are complete states where you find nothing but Indians like Oaxaca and Chiapas, and other states where the majority of people are white. For the most part most states are Mestizo dominant where they are not too dark or too light. They even have a Plaza in Mexico City called The Plaza of 3 Cultures.
The ones you are referring to are probably from the state of Oaxaca, yes they are short and dark, they are only as stall as a 10 year old boy, they are a certain type of Indigenous people of Mexico.

I think people keep forgetting that there are lots of illegal immigrants who came over on a plane as a visitor from places like eastern Europe, and just stayed. You can find them in many cities, esp. on the east coast. Those people are often not short and dark.
