Most U.S. citizens are happy to welcome LEGAL ALIENS. The ones that come under the fence are the ones who come here, drive without licenses, and no insurance. They get into an accident and because we do not have comprehensive insurance, the insurance companies are under no obligation to fix the vehicle you just busted up.
I have to pay thousands of dollars for health insurance because I have to pay for your kids birth. I paid out of my pocket for a few of mine, why should I be responsible for your kids.
The only thing some Illegals add to this country is a space in a prison, I then have to pay for his room and board.
I fell the same if you are a Canuck, Brit, or from any other country. If you come through the front door, Enjoy yourself. If you come under the fence, I want you out.
If I went to Mexico and did not register with the government, I would be thrown in a cell and no one here would know for years. It would be my own fault for not following the rules of immigration to Mexico. No one Else's.

Your argument that "bet Americans wont be able to do this" is factually incorrect in that it assumes that these jobs did not exist prior to the 1990's when there were millions less illegal immigrants than there are now. Since that is an economic impossibility, it stands to reason that these jobs were being performed by American Citizens. Your other argument "... there would be a demand of higher pay." is true and dove tails into the effects of illegal immigration upon communities and lives.
Since illegal immigrants will work at a significantly reduced wage, and the employer has no need to provide benefits or pay taxes for that individual the "cost" to US society in terms of jobs, taxes and wages far outweigh any perceived benefit and illegal immigrant may bring to the table.

I don't think that Mexicans/Hispanics are hated in the USA, only the ones that doesn't distinguish an American Mexican/Hispanic from a illegal Mexican/Hispanic does..AND.... this type of persons that hates everybody is about the same as bad as the illegals because he is dangerous and hurt our society as well. Don't think that every Hispanics is the same, because we are not, specially when we are American as you or maybe more, because our generation was here before yours. I am hispanic and I have never felt hated in the USA. Most of the people I know respect me and welcome me with open arms ( americans, peruvians, mexicans).
My friends of Latino descent are not hated. I love them. It must just be you.

WHY???? Because the ILLEGAL mexicans (among others) are driving down wages for every AMERICAN citizen!!!!! THAT is what's "pretty sad"!!!!!!! I am hispanic and do not like illegal aliens either. It is not fair that they can cross the border while my family in a central american country has to follow the rules by waiting for a visa and paying tons of money. Not only that, Mexico especially (which I am partly mexican) does not allow others from south or central america to cross there borders---those that try are even shot at. Now explain that!

IF you are asking if Americans hate Mexicans, we don't. If you are asking if we dislike ILLEGAL ALIEN CRIMINALS, we sure do. These CRIMINALS are taking the jobs that Americans WANT. They are sponging off the taxpayer.
They can't pay taxes because they don't have a social security number. Any statement that they pay income taxes are a TOTAL LIE. Even IF they did file a tax return, they would not only get all their withholding back but due to their low income they would receive an "earned income tax credit" that would give them extra money back - money that was paid into the system by the taxpayer.
The tend to STEAL identities so that they can work - this causes a major problem for LEGAL citizens.
These CRIMINALS destroy our health care system because they use the ERs,and don't pay. The taxpayer has to pay. They destroy the schools because the non-English speaking kids monopolize the time of the teacher of the LEGAL kids.
I also KNOW that the illegal alien criminals can get financial aid and preferential treatment over citizens regarding college. My son-in-law dealt with this.

At least part of that tax money covers the cost of their free education, free lunch and breakfast at school, free medical care for their 8 children, If anything, illegals should pay even more taxes for their free rides. your right, they do pay taxes in at least half of the job's that they work at. immirant's dont get any type of financial help or medical help for free like i here alot of people on here saying. i'm sure some of them don't pay, but how many american's dont pay either...lot's of them......the immigrant's are hard worker's and very reliable people...i'm proud to have a husband and children who are mexican and i will support them and all of the other's to something good is accomplished for them!!!!
